I'm new to glow and I was wondering about something, maybe you ladies can answer, When should you douche, and why do people douche, and should I start douching?

Never douche. The vagina is a self cleaning organ, douching can mess up your ph.

Don't do it! Don't even use soap in your vagina. Wash around but nothing but water should really go in there...with a few exceptions

You can douche after your period but don't ever do it more than once a month. I used to just about every month and I never had any issues. The reason they can give you infections is if you douche too frequently or the wrong way. It's simple and easy but read all precautions and instructions before using. It isn't as bad as some make it seem. Just read up. (:
