bleeding after getting fingered

So about 12 days ago my partner scratched me while fingering me and bled and i assumed I got a cut. Well we haven't done anything until last night and I started bleeding again. So I looked in my vagina and inside there's sort of this black dot of blood stuck to my inner vagina. Sort of like a blood clot or scab. Is this normal? Did it just not heal completely in those 12 days and now it reopened or something after last night. I'm kinda freaking out and I don't get to see my obgyn until Friday. Please any advice
