Should I go to er

I started Clomid on CD 11, had a HSG on CD 7. I'm on CD 17 now took last dose of Clomid yesterday. 2 nights ago I noticed mild pain in my ovary area... but didn't pay much attention went to bed. Threw out the whole day today it's getting worse and worse. I can't even tell if I have to pee or not. :( hurts to walk.  Feel flicks of pain on and off from each side. What should I do? Is this normal with clomid? I also took IB. Nothing. My doctor told me to start CD 11 because my very irregular periods... :/
