How do each of you try to avoid disappointment each month when AF shows?

Usually 🍷🍷🍷 I let myself feel bad for a day or two, then gear up for the next month. It is hard though :(

I honestly don't deal with it very well. I couldn't stop crying in church this morning about it. :-( I felt like an idiot and was so embarrassed. I'm 13 dpo and BFN. I usually get over it by thinking about what is going be better about next month. For instance, my pregnenalone is low and the doctor has me on a supplement, so I'm hoping that makes my cycles regular and I get pregnant now. Trying to think about that to cheer myself up.

Honestly, I don't know. I am right now trying to deal with it. Glow just asked me to take a test today... and guess what? AF showed up. After all the effort or logging and diligently doing all those tracking. :( back to zero.

Yeah I drink wine too and feel sad for a day or two
