First time having this! (TMI pic in comments)

I miscarried at the end of January, and got down to 0 hcg mid February confirmed by my ob. My boyfriend and I have remained active and have had sex a few times since the bleeding stopped with no protection. I have not yet had a period, but I have had some very light pink spotting a few days ago twice when I went to the bathroom. And now today I all of a sudden have a TON of lotiony white discharge which I've never had before. I've also had some pretty bad congestion the past few days starting in the same day I had spotted. My hpt was negative this morning, but I'm wondering if anybody has had a similar experience and ended up pregnant again?
