TMI. this constipation is one of the worst things I've ever been through, my belly and even my back is so sore from pushing and nothing comes out.

Anyone have any suggestions, I've taken stool softener, I've ate fruits and vegetables, I've drink water, I am completely miserable and I don't know what else to do. It's been 5 days of this. TMI. I literally have a golf ball size by my butthole bulging and my poop still won't come out, sorry TMI
