I have a silicone Quallo band specifically to wear when lifting weights. It's my daily life ring and I almost never take it off except to clean it or if I'm baking or cooking where my my hands will be immersed in the food.

I only wear my engagement ring on special occasions or when I want to feel pretty-pretty. It's a family heirloom and is over a hundred years old, so I'm extra careful with it. 🙇🏻‍♀️

Ladies please take your rings off! Let your finger breath. It's not good for the ring if you wear it all the time. More wear and tare and it get super gross. Plus once your fingers start to swell your ring won't have to get cut off. (Worked at a jewelry store, had to cut off my share of women's rings.)

When we first got engaged.. now all jewelry comes off at night and when I shower or workout.. or just forget to put it on
