cannot pooop to save my life..
Cannot poop to save my life unless i read shampoo bottles, like the back labels 😩 this is the only way ill find relief if not ill be constipated for days. What is wrong with me and how can i change this!?? I just want to be able to go whenever i feel the urge and be able to go quick.
