How do you unblock someone on Instagram?

My ex boyfriend got on my Instagram and blocked every guy on there. Now, I can't unblock them. How can I unblock them?

They show up in my blocked list like this.

Then, when I click on their name, this pops up.

Go to arrow next to follow and select unblock

Wow, what a psycho. You just go to their profile, click the 3 dots in the top right corner, and click unblock.
