Diva Cup after giving birth

So I have used a diva cup for two years before I got pregnant. I know once I have the baby I'll have to get a different size since I've never had a baby before. Does anyone have any experience using the diva cup after labor? I assume it's best to use pads for a while but how long until you used your diva cup again?
