For the last few weeks my boy has been up nearly every hour and refuses to sleep in his bed for longer than an hour! If I cosleep he will sleep a bit longer! He was doing 10hours with only one feed at 3.30am but now I see every hour and am slowly dying! My house looks like a bombs hit and I barely have enough make up to cover the dark circles! Is this sleep regression or something else? He's 4.5 months! Worried because people keep suggesting giving him formula before bed! But he was fine a few weeks ago and is gaining weight really well!!!
