When your sister tells you you're not getting pregnant because you worry too much about it and you're depressed that it's not happening!! That you should think about something else because it's not happening because of you 😭😭 what a pep talk !!

I hate that whole 'relax and it'll happen' thing. I'm pretty sure stressed out, frustrated, worried, sad people can get pregnant... Pregnancy happens and has happened during war, plague, famine... Times that were really awful and scary when women were under HUGE amounts of stress that we probably can't even relate to in 2017...

If stress truly prevented pregnancy, humans would have died out thousands of years ago. And if that's my response to anyone who tries to blame ttc struggles on my reasonable feelings.

My doctor told me I'm more likely to conceive when I'm not stressing about it. I'm not saying she's right but she's not wrong. I stressed myself out so much. Once I relaxed about it. It happened !!! It hard as hell to not get upset and depressed about it though.

Honestly! I'm trying to not get my hopes up this month and trying not to think about it. How do you NOT think about it? Especially when friends just had babies and youre taking OPKs and youre doing BBT. Oh yes, im just going to take my temperature because i do it all the time.... The only thing i think hurts you is putting in physical and emotional symptoms because youre thinking about it and every ache must mean something. This month, im not logging any symptoms. Just doing the OPKs and BBT. Baby dust!

I absolutely hate this for you. This journey is hard and people who have never experienced DO NOT UNDERSTAND! I'm sorry you are experiencing this. The journey can be very heartbreaking and lonely. Lots of prayers for you. Not sure your relationship with your sister but I would stop discussing it with her as she sounds as if she has no empathy toward your struggles.
