Best prenatals?

My fiancé and i are ttc our first baby. Ive heard from sevral people that taking prenatals while trying is sometimes helpful. Either way, what prenatels so you ladies recommend!?

i started using First Response pre and postnatal gummies. my gyne recommended taking them even while trying. they taste good so i never forget to take them. 😋

It's very helpful. You want those eggs to be healthy! It doesn't do anything to help you become pregnant though. I started taking them as soon as we started trying (recommendation is 3 months before becoming pregnant). I take rainbow light prenatal one.

Anything with FOLATE acid... Folic acid is man made and not natural.

I have been taking the store brand prenatal vitamins(Kroger) and my doctor said that they are just what I need. As long as the vitamins have at least 800mcg of folic acid.
