I'm really confused ???

So yesterday I took a test and it came up positive, but then this morning I took a digital and it came up negative 🙃 Plus I've been having out of the ordinary symptoms so I don't know what this means. Am I pregnant or not?

The sensitivity for digital 
1-2 weeks: 50-200
2-3 weeks: 200-2000
3+ weeks: 2000

Digital tests aren't always as good as pink dye tests. Blue dye tests aren't really great either.

I'm really confused ???
