Well was it in his text message? Or is there a app on his phone that says nude pics or sexy woman or something? To me it looks like a woman sent it to him but I might be wrong. The woman is wearing a wedding ring as well. I would honestly ask him and go from there.

To all the people out there saying it looked like something someone sent him, notice how both her hands are in the picture. Probably meaning that this wasn't done by the woman herself, and that it may be professional.

Looks like a real picture from a married woman. And an app is an app you wouldn't need to question that part so make sure it wasn't in his email or txt other than an actual app.
