RRLT helps tone the uterus so it makes your contractions work harder during labor and helps with "bounce back" postpartum.

You can start with 1 cup, twice a day at 28w and graduallly progress to more throughout the 3rd Trimester.

Chamomile is an herb, 0 caffiene. There are no contraindications for pregnancy and chamomile. I buy it in bulk and mix in red raspberry leaf and mint..my favorite tea! Chamomile helps calm you and is also high in calcium, excellent for pregnancy.
