Cramps

This is my second pregnancy and I will be having another c section, but I was wondering is it normal to feel crampy where the incision is? I've been feeling like this maybe for the past week im currently 35weeks. I'm not sure if it's a c section thing or a pregnancy thing don't really remember it's been 2 yrs since my last pregnancy, but it's making me crampy in my incision like my period is coming and in my butt sorry tmi
