Im pretty sure im having another miscarriage
I have already had 3 the most recent one in november at 12 weeks. I have been bleeding heavily all day with cramps. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow who will most likely send me for a scan. I got my bfp last tuesday and I am 6 weeks.
I would really appreciate if you could remember me in your prayers. thank you
