This is different for me. I have this internal ache in my breasts. I can touch them and squeeze them and they don't hurt but just internally. It kind of feels like they are getting full with milk (I breast fed my first) like engorgement and they are about to explode. I'm 7 days to AF. Anyone have this symptom or is this just my body tricking me and this is a sign of AF?
