I had been bleeding lightly and cramping the past couple of days, but the pain became unbearable overnight and the bleeding increased so I went to the emergency room. They ended up confirming that I had miscarried a few weeks ago. This was my first pregnancy and I'm absolutely heartbroken. I'm blessed to have a wonderful support network of family and friends but if anyone knows of any miscarriage specific forums or groups I would love it if you could send them my way.
