itchy blotches

For the last 2 days I've been getting these itchy blotches on my legs ( and 1 on my belly this morning but it's now gone). They seem to move, I had a few on my lower legs last night that are all gone today but new ones at the tops of my legs now. Any ideas?? They are soooo itchy!
