foods to eat and to avoid while TTC/pregnant
What types of food should you try to avoid if you are trying to conceive or if you are pregnant? I have heard of things such as deli meats and avoiding all foods/products that are past the sell by date. Ex: ketchup! Has anyone else heard of this? What other things should we avoid?
