cycle day 22 - not sure of ovulation date

Idk what to think. I had a chemical pregnancy a few months ago that started out with a faint line. I'm cycle day 22. Not sure when I ovulated bc I quit keeping track (it was stressing me out) I randomly took this this evening, and feel it's dark for this early and not using FMU 😐 I'm scared
