chemical pregnancy vs blighted ovum?

So I know i was made to miscarry bc of a blighted ovum. But can someone describe the difference in the two checmial and blighted ovum?

With a chemical you are pregnant but you have a really early miscarriage and you expell everything before your first ultrasound

A blighted ovum your body doesn't register that there isn't a baby growing inside the yolk sac so it continues with the pregnancy even though there is nothing growing
