my mum hates my boyfriend

Long story short yes he is my brothers' girlfriends' brother and is a couple of years older but it just really hurts me that my mum and dad are very against him. He's the most amazing guy I've ever met and he treats me like a fkn princess yet they treat him as if he is raping me!

I love him so much but it's just hard when I can't tell anyone in my family because as soon as his name is mentioned it's apparent that they don't want to hear about him :(
