What's the quickest way to get rid of a bum bump (cold sore)???

I've got my first one ever on my bottom lip ☹️ what's the fastest way to treat it????? I HATE gross stuff on my face 😩

I'm still stuck that said a bum bump 😂😂😂😂😂😂 but ice and blistex works as well.

Vanilla extract! I put it on a q-tip. It kinda stings at first, but it works better than abreva!

I actually have a prescription cream (Zovirax) that you can get from your doctor. But I've suffered since childhood and they get large. If I'm out of that, I use Abreva.

I use hydrogen peroxide. I've been getting them since I was a child, and a little HP on a q-tip or cotton ball and hold it on for a minute or so a few times a day. Then in between I use camphophenique. It burns so good 🤣
