I had sex yesterday for the first time in quite a while. My period is set to start in 4 days, but after sex I have been bleeding heavily and regularly. I have light cramps  that haven't gone away since yesterday as well. I am worried, for I have no idea what is going on. The sex was not rough at all. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. My period is usually very regular and this heavy bleeding and cramping is concerning.
