You don't lose your virginity from tampobs. They're perfectly fine to use. It's possible that if you insert it with too much force you can break your hymen however there's a lot that can do this such as riding a horse or physical activities such as gymnastics. The hymen doesn't solely break during sex so breaking your hymen isn't the same as losing your virginity. There's some girls who have their hymen break as young as 10 years old from the sports they do or playing on the playground.
