So I'm 14 right. And stupid me decided I'll give myself a tattoo when I was mmm about 12. Two, one half done on my ankle and a blue dot on my ass (yes seriously, I was stupid okkkkk) so I defenatly want the blue one removed when I'm older. But I think maybe I can get a cover up tattooo done? By a professional!!!! How old do you have to be with a parent present? ( here it is, yes it's small and faded it just makes me so insecure and it was supposed to be a sad face bc why not) btw I used pen ink and a needle so smart I totally regret it!!!! :(((((
