nose bleeds with twins?

Anyone have nose bleeds while pregnant with twins or is it common with all or every pregnancy and what did you do to keep them away?

Nose bleeds since 6 weeks. Currently 30 weeks with B/G twins and they're still happening lol

I'm prone to them, but they are worse pregnant! I'll get them anytime... so annoying!

Last night was my first nose bleed that I could ever remember.  
Im 21w5d with didi twins. Dont know how to stop it sorry. I just held my head down

i dont have twins but i do get nose bleeds it is soo annoying!
