Which state should I move to?

I'm a light skinned black women with a mixed baby/she's Vietname and black. I'm coming from Sac, Ca born and raised. I want to leave.

Where SHOULD I move?

Massachusets

Minnesota

New Jersey

Utah

Washington (they ranked more crime then where I live now, as the best states to live list just came out a week ago)

Where is nice and racially diverse or more accepting? Yes racism is everywhere, I dont need people to repeat that. Im aware.
