What's someone's code wanna try and figure these gems out! I'm really new to the app and don't understand it. Any advice or good gems to read? Or tips for back pain?

Basically, the app's main purpose is to track your period, but it's grown! You can post questions and join forums. There's also a daily log to keep track of your mood (among other things) and it gives you tips based on that. 
I haven't explored the gems too much apart from the free ones. But you can get an idea of what they contain by the description (as you might have noticed lol). Just a favorite topic. :) 
Oh there's suggestions on the most popular/ trending gems. :o
