Anyone? early internal scan?

Hi, has anyone had an internal scan around 5 weeks pregnant and then had some brown discharge after? 
I had an early scan yesterday at 5 weeks 1 day and when I got home after a couple of hours had some old blood/brown discharge! Is this quite common? xx

I had an early scan too at 5 weeks to confirm my pregnancy. And the brown discharge is not to be worried about. It's just old blood getting out of your body. That's what my doctor told me. Nothing should bother unless it is red blood and/or heavy cramps and abdominal pain.

I had an internal at 5 weeks and didn't have anything like that but if other people are saying they have and it's normal I wouldn't be concerned  :)
