very faint positive ?

So I'm supposed to take a pregnancy test on day 35 of my cycle if I haven't gotten my period to confirm that I'm not pregnant so I can start provera.. this is usually never an issue, but tonight I got this, which appears to be a faint positive pregnancy test.. I don't even know what to do, or if it's real.
