TCC with fiance in wheelchair

Well ladies, after seeing all of your stories, I figured I'd vent a little too! :) We have been ttc for 2 months, however we've been wanting to try for longer. The problem is, since he's paralyzed, we get lucky if we have any "success" when we BD. We are lucky if we get one successful BD in while ovulating. Trying not to get discouraged. AF due in 3 days. Had a few BFNs already so it's probably not my month :( Any advice or words of encouragement?
