Im trying to conceive

I'm ttc iv had my period unusualy light and only for 30 hr roughly since they finished I'm drained iv bad backache and feeling nauseous I'm moody and have had pains in my stomach not crampy period pains but weird pains it's leaving me confused has anyone else had this
