15dpo with positives AF came cycle day 34

4 days late like last cycle. I feel like I am having my period it's bright red and it's dark with little clots w/cramping ! . I feel like maybe I miscarried I had 5 vvvfl possitves for sure I don't understand. Different brands showed light possitves ?
