Is it bedtime yet?

Soo tired. cd 22. don't know when af is going to start, don't know when or if i ovulated. ovia says to test in 4 days, took a test yesterday morning and it was negative. woke up this morning with cramps throughout my whole stomach but its gone now. feel like I'm getting sick but idk if i am or not. my whole body feels heavy, i have a headache, stomach hurts a little and kind of bloated and all i want to do is sleep! 😴 I'm soo tired. idk what this is
