Toothache early sign of Pregnancy???

Question

Have been suffering from a killer toothache from early hours this morning!! 
This is like my gums feel swollen on the left side of my mouth!
Do you  think thi can be a sign ? Is it linked ?

Also experiencing other symptoms  but today this my mouth is killing me.

When I was pregnant with my
Son I would alternate between a toothache and an earache. Dr said it was because you hold more fluid when pregnant. Hopefully it's a good sign for you all!

I'm 7dpo today and my bottom gums are really sore. My teeth are fine and don't here but just the gums on the bottom are sore...strange

Hello! Did this lead to BFP for any of you? Im 7dpo and my wisdom tooth has been agony since about 3dpo. It was just the top one but today i woke up and it was the bottom tooth too!!!

I know this is old but how many days past ovulation did you begin to experience tooth pain? How many do before you got your positive result? And did you receive dental treatment?

I woke up with a tooth ache this morning! I have been getting negative test results but I never have tooth aches! I hope it's a sign of pregnancy! But I never heard of it!
