My son's first birthday party

I want to get some different opinions on this-my son's first birthday party was this past Saturday. I invited close friends and family of course and mostly everyone RSVP'd. Three of said "friends" didn't show up (two of them texted me lame excuses) but one girl just didn't show up at all. No text, nothing. Would you say anything or just let it go? I go to ALL of their kids' events so it makes it even more hurtful. Idk it just kind of upsets me. How would you all handle this?
