HOW OFTEN TO BD!!??!!
Okay so my husband and I are 39... not spring chickens. We can not BD every day because he can not give me a "quality sample" two days in a row and if by chance he does... that's it for atleast 3-4 days.
Doc recommends every other day which works well for us. Glow says we should BD every other day UNTIL ovulation or surge then try every day 2 days then skip a day for best chances. Other internet sources say the highest chances are for ALL 3 DAYS up to and including ovulation. I always feel stressed when this time approaches because I don't know if we should just continue every other day or try to do more!
How often does everyone else BD during the fertile window???
