Pregnant ladies, Were you ever asked by a doctor if you felt "different" right before you found out?

I remember the end of my first IVF cycle the doctor asked if I felt "different" and I didn't. We are ending our second IVF cycle and tomorrow I find out if I'm pregnant. I don't feel any different than I normally do. Should I?

My doctor did ask, but I didn't feel different. I decided to test the day I was expecting AF because for some reason I just didn't want coffee that day (I loved coffee!) and knew something was up. Got my BFP that day.

I didn't feel any different at all. I just tested because it was around the time when I normally would lol. So weird isn't it
