🍍Pineapple / Bromelain capsules💊
I took pineapple last cycle but didn't work (I'm not a huge fan of fresh pineapple but made smoothies etc) can't face it again this cycle, I saw that bromelain capsules can have the same effect ...would anyone know? 🤗
