Weight loss supplements while breastfeeding?

Hello, so I only just turned 20 and am almost 3 months pp but am still 30 pounds over my pre-pregnancy weight. Has anyone tried any sort of diet pill etc that was safe for breastfeeding and actually worked?

When you're breastfeeding your body isn't yours to go and try to lose weight it is still your baby's. in time you will be able to lose the weight but give it time and just know that all that extra is ok for now. Baby comes first.

No, I really wanted to try detoxing but I was too scared to do it while breastfeeding. Even when I ate fiber one bars it made the baby poop more than me lol. Just try to eat as healthy as you can right now and focus more on your baby than losing weight. My weight didn't budge till I was almost 6 months pp and it all came off really well. 30 pounds may seem like a lot now but it's really not that bad and once your baby gets a little older it'll be easier to start exercising and everything too
