It didn't necessarily hurt for me but I could definitely tell it didn't feel like it used to. Communication is very important. In the days leading up to it, I let my husband know I was a little nervous because I didn't know how it would feel and that he needed to go slow and be gentle. Trust your body and if you need to stop, then stop. Once we got to the third time, everything felt like it used to

Used lube it was fine but everyone is different I had minimal trauma down there some women have severe tearing and lots of stitches

I'm 4 months out and still hurts a little when I was 6 weeks pp I tried and felt like I was ripped right open just trust your body

Everyone is different it didnt hurt with either of my kids both vaginal but for others it can be painful or uncomfortable
