5 months - vommiting?!

Hey guys! Wondering if anyone had any advice. 
Our 5 month old has never been a sicky baby. However for the past 3 days after almost every feed she has projectile vomited. She does a bit of a cough first. 
She is really happy and chatty still, hadn't pooed in a while but has now (a little more runny than usual) she does have wet nappies tho lighter.
Dr just said keep an eye! 
Anyone had similar? Should I just expect it will stop by itself?

Has anyone suggested reflux it often peaks between 4-6 months old too. We were lucky (kind of) to get a diagnosis at 3week old, I say lucky as we were able to start medication & it's took until now to get a med that really helps, have only been on this one for our LO after trying two others before.

My daughter was doing that awhile back vomiting, not so wet diapers.. She had a UTI ( urinary track infection)

My baby had somthing similar after his 4 month shots fever throwing up fussy tired lasted about 4 days with us and he finally cleared up. It was terrible I hated watching my baby so miserable hope she starts to feel better soon
