how many naps??

My LO is 5months 1week now and I feel like we are losing our 3rd nap of the day? 😫 Is this possible? How long are your LO's up between naps? How long are the naps??

My son is 4 1/2 months and we are pretty much down to one nap with a short (10 / 20ish min) spurt once or twice a day. The sleep regression is real 😢

I really like wee bee dreaming website.  Google 4 month sleep regression wee bee dreaming. There is a link in the post to nap schedules and daily routine by age. It was a really helpful place to start and to know in advance when dropping of naps should happen! I used it to transition from 4 to 3 naps and it worked pretty well!

Still on four, transitioning to 3. My son is 5 months today and "sleeps" 8-7. We have slept trained him and don't get up to feed anymore at night.

He naps after being awake for about 2 hours each time. We are trying to extend this time but I know it will just happen on its own eventually.

My daughter wakes up late 1030 am. Takes an hour nap at 2to 3pm and then 6 to 7pm. She goes to bed at 930. So it kind of works out lol.

Sometimes we get 3 naps, sometimes 2. If we get 3 he's up until 730. If 2 he's pretty insistent on bed at 630.
