Head shape

So the Dr said everything looked great (except a few things they couldn't see, probably just due to an overactive baby) when we went for our almost 20wk ultrasound, but I keep thinking she has a huge head for this size or that it was a weird shape... Anyone see anything weird or am I just over analyzing...
