I need help

Hello,

I had my 5th baby a boy on October 31,2016. My hubby and I weren't exactly trying for another baby but we've had a few careless moments. I took 3 tests just a few days apart from each other. The one on the bottom you can clearly see there is just one line. The top one however I swear I see a vvvvvvvf 2nd line. I have been exclusively breastfeeding little man which I also thought was a form of natural birth control and since I am breastfeeding I haven't had my period return yet. I've been having a lot of stomach cramps, shooting pelvic pain, nausea and peeing a little more than normal. My question is do you guys see the 2nd line or am I just crazy? I have a OB/GYN appointment on Friday but just wanna get some opinions. Thank you
