help!

So my last cycle was 2/20-2/26. I'm having midcycle spotting and cramping. TWO regular tests both had faint positives but the digital test says not pregnant. My ob said to test since I'm nursing and not on any hormonal birth control. I have four kids and I think this looks positive right?
